**How it works**  
- Lokalise Messages automatically detects the language of incoming messages and instantly translates to your chosen base language.  
- Start private notes with **!** to translate them into the language of the conversation.  
- Your customers get translated replies in real time.  
- You can switch the language of the conversation with **!lang** and your base language with **!operator**.
